Terms of Use

EFFECTIVE JULY 18, 2026

By creating a DenimTracker account or using the app, you agree to these terms. They exist to keep the community worth being part of — read them; they're short.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for what happens under your account, and the information you give us (like your email) needs to be accurate. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account, which immediately and permanently removes your account and all of your data, including stored photos.

Your content

Photos, posts, and comments you share remain yours. By posting them you give us the limited right to store and display them inside the app — that's the entire use. Only share what you have the right to share.

Community rules

DenimTracker has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Do not post:

Nudity, sexual content, or graphic violence
Harassment, hate speech, or threats toward anyone
Spam, scams, or misleading commercial content
Content that infringes someone else's rights, or breaks the law

Every post, comment, and profile has a Report option, and every user can be blocked — blocking hides that user's content everywhere in the app, and you can reverse it any time in Settings → Blocked users. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content — and accounts — that break these rules.

Moderation

We may remove any content or suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, at our discretion and without prior notice. Repeated or serious violations mean permanent removal.

The service itself

DenimTracker is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable, but we can't promise uninterrupted service or that your data will never be lost — keep copies of photos you care about. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we'll update the date above before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the updated terms.
